The growth in demand for lithium batteries has stimulated the advancement of automated production of lithium batteries. PACK line process flow


Lithium battery PACK means packaging, encapsulation, assembly, and its process is divided into three major parts: production, assembly, and packaging.PACK is a single component.PACK production line generally needs to undertake only two functions: transmission and testing. At present, manufacturers generally use semi-automatic PACK assembly line, mainly used for PACK on-line, off-line, testing, in-plant transmission and packaging. Li-ion battery Pack production line is relatively simple, the core process includes loading, bracket paste, welding, testing and other processes.
